Gaumont Kalee 21 Carbon Arc Cinema Projector

About the Projector

 This projector is a Gaumont - Kalee 21 mech, on a Kalee 18 base with a Kalee President lamp house, it came from the Majestic/Odeon/Focus/Stag Sevenoaks and this is one of a pair that were installed at the cinema when it was became part of the Odeon chain,  due to falling attendances in the 70’s the cinema was tripled and later converted to a theatre and the original projection room was abandoned, rank stripped both projectors for all valuable parts and when we acquired them in 1995 both machines were in a bad state.
